Alex was born in Henderson, Nevada but shortly moved to and grew up in Southern Oregon. After graduating from North Medford High School he attended Southern Oregon University where he received his Bachelors in Science. Then, he attended West Virginia University and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Alex has always been focused on exercise and optimizing movement, being involved in wrestling and weightlifting for much of his life. After a lower back injury that required rehabilitation in physical therapy, his path was solidified. He knew he wanted to help others return to the activities they love, and not hurt while doing them.
Alex enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, waterskiing, golfing, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his amazing wife and future baby!
