Cyndi Perazzo, PTA

Cyndi was born in the Bay Area, and moved to Grants Pass at age 14. Her education took her back to California where she received her training to become a Physical Therapy Assistant at De Anza College, and graduated Summa Cume Laude. She is a certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Cyndi chose physical therapy after taking her grandma to her therapy appointments following bi-lateral knee replacements. Cyndi was amazed seeing her grandma’s excellent outcome and now wants to help others return to doing the things that they love.

Cyndi enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and relaxing with her wonderful family and dogs.

Adapt was recommended to me by a doctor who had had very good luck there. I'd postponed trying physical therapy for my back, but now wish I hadn't! Adapt was great, from the friendly atmosphere when I walked in the door, to the thorough intake appt. and the staff. It's a clean, very well run operation, and the help I got for my back from Cyndi and everyone else, was great. I am doing the exercises they taught me and my back is feeling good.
